Direct Donations

Make a contribution of any amount to support our mission or a specific campaign. This is one of the simplest ways to give. We leave it up to you to decide how you can best support our work!

General Sponsorship Opportunities

Hands For Hunger Truck Sponsorship

Sponsor a truck and make a valuable impact on the community while displaying your brand on trucks well-known in every area of the city. Just $20,000 sponsors an H4H truck route (electricity, fuel, electricity, tolls, insurance, driver, etc.) for an entire year - and for the life of the truck, your company's name and logo are emblazoned on one of our trucks as it travels throughout the island.

Events Sponsorship

Financially sponsoring a Hands For Hunger special event is a great visibility opportunity for your company, and events themselves offer a unique opportunity to entertain clients. More than 500 guests attend at least one of Hands For Hunger's signature events, and invitations are mailed to thousands of supporters. Hands For Hunger holds one major fundraising event throughout the year:

Paradise Plates in May, a highly anticipated walk-around chef tasting event featuring over 20 restaurants in addition to exciting live and silent auctions

Workplace Giving

There are a variety of ways to support Hands For Hunger in your office. A growing number of companies have implemented workplace giving campaigns where employees can choose the non profit organizations they want to support. Even a small amount can make a huge difference in someone's life.

Your company may also have a matching gift program, through which they have pledged to double or triple any employee's donation to Hands For Hunger.

Fundraisers in the office, at corporate parties, and other events are another easy way to help fight hunger. You make a donation in lieu of holiday gifts to vendors, holiday parties, or retreats, or hold a fun Friday Jeans Day in exchange for contributions.

Lunch Money Day

Lunch Money Day is a island-wide initiative that asks individuals to donate their lunch money to Hands For Hunger. In 2009, five companies and local corporate offices participated in the campaign, raising over $2,000.

Starting a team is easy, and a fun way to bring your colleagues, friends and family together. Team captains are individuals that champion the cause by recruiting others to fundraise and help Hands For Hunger to feed hungry children and their families.
