Agency Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Hands For Hunger Recipient Agency.

Hands For Hunger welcomes all qualified emergency feeding and community food programs to become a part of our network. Our existing member programs include: soup kitchens, rehabilitation shelters, emergency meal centers, elderly homes, after-school youth programs across New Providence.

Hands For Hunger reviews letters of requests for new agency assistance on a regular basis. All letters of interest will receive a response, however, at this time we are working with a waiting list containing over 40 agencies. Therefore, we cannot guarantee immediate acceptance.

CRITERIA FOR BECOMING AN H4H RECIPIENT AGENCY

To find out if your organization meets the eligibility criteria to become an agency partner, please answer the following questions:

If you satisfy all the eligibility criteria, we encourage you to download our agency application form and submit it to us along with the following items:

1. A Letter of interest with a brief program description
2. A copy of your Bahamas Charity Registration Status (or other Organizational Credential)
3. A copy of your sign-in sheet/proof of operation for the last three months.
4. A copy of your food safety certification.
